Retreat agenda:

10.30/10.45: guests arrive

11:00: Welcome circle/intention setting

11.30 -12.30: Vinyasa yoga with Tara, followed by a guided meditation with Emma

12.30: Lunch 

13.30: Nature walk with Barney or chill/pool/sauna 

16:00: Afternoon snacks and drinks

16:30: Sound Bath with Tara and Emma

17:30: Guests depart

Whitfield House, a wonderful Grade II Listed Tudor Hall House and family home, situated in the picturesque English Village of Biddenden. Set amidst 28 acres of private land, As well as the yoga, mediation and sound bath sessions, there will be opportunity to relax in their communal lounge areas, unwind in the infrared sauna and heated outdoor pool, and/or join a guided nature walk. 
 

Whitfield House Facilities:

- Six person infrared sauna

- Heated outdoor swimming pool

- Hot and cold outdoor shower

- 28 acres of private gardens and land

Cost: £159 per person - includes all classes, activities, facilities and food and drink.

Whitfield House is easily accessible by car or train. We're just a short drive from the A21 and M20, and nearby train stations offer direct links to London.
