Disconnect to reconnect

Reconnect is all about disconnecting with our normal day to day life, technology and stresses and reconnecting with nature and ourselves again. Nature, the sunshine, fresh country air and the great outdoors is proven to reduce stress, improve creativity and heighten your mood.
